Assistant Service Advisor

This is a full-time permanent position assisting our Service Advisor.

What does it involve?
- Welcoming new and existing customers to our dealership.
- Managing the phone system & diverting and taking messages as requested.
- Booking customer cars into the workshop and managing hours sold for the workshop on a daily basis via our computerised     appointment system.
- Liaise with all our departments including Sales, Parts & Marketing regarding our customers cars, queries and other ad hoc items    as they arise.
- Manage customer lend out cars and rentals.
- You will be responsible for managing the customer process i.e anticipating customers arrival for appointment, preparing their     documentation, liaising with the customer regarding necessary work on their car, offering a car collection time, explaining all     items on the customers invoice and informing them of deferred/future work.
- Manage all customer reminders such as Service Reminders etc
- Ensure tidy appearance of Service desk and Customer Area at all times.
- Partake in daily meetings with members of the Aftersales Team
- Upselling of parts, service items a car may need based on service intervals and items identified by the Technician.
- Actively work to maintain/improve scores from our Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned on a temporary / full-time basis.

What skills are needed?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to liaise with all our departments, suppliers, SKODA Ireland etc.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Customer Service skills are paramount to the role and so having prior experience in a customer focused role is beneficial.
- IT skills and time management skills are mandatory.
- Technical / mechanical background would be a help but not mandatory.

Trainee Accountant

Ideally suited to those wishing to get experience in the discipline of accounting in an expanding company. The contract will be a three-year contract commencing January 2020.

What does it involve?
- Assisting the Financial Director in preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Assist with month end and daily reporting.
- Preparation of statutory returns, expense analysis, budgetary and account analysis.
- Maintenance of creditors ledger.
- Ad-hoc administration assignments as required.

What skills are needed?
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- An accounting or business studies graduate eager to put theory into practice.
- Computer literacy is essential with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
